SCHEDULING AND BOOKING

Online booking requires payment at the time of booking. If you would like to pay by cash at the time of the appointment (cash is always welcome!!) then please send Elizabeth a text message at (262) 909-5828 with the date, time slot, and duration of massage that you would like, and mention that you would like to pay in cash. She will then manually put you in the schedule for that appointment slot.

Please do your best to arrive to the appointment about five minutes ahead of time to allow time to discuss what you would like to work on, and to get onto the table. Massages beginning later than five minutes past your scheduled start time will necessarily be shortened by five minutes, unless otherwise stated by Elizabeth. Arrivals later than five minutes will result in a shorter massage than what you scheduled for. Please keep in mind you will still be charged for what you initially scheduled, unless otherwise stated by Elizabeth.

If you are later than 15 minutes, Lake Studio considers this a no-show and reserves the right to charge you in full for the appointment as stated in the policy below. Up to the discretion of the massage therapist, you may or may not still be accommodated for a shorter massage on that day.

Payments are collected before if you book and pay online, or directly after your appointment. Late payments will not be tolerated. You will be required to pay for the appointment in full plus a $25 late fee if paying later than day of your appointment before you can schedule another appointment. MORE THAN TWO LATE PAYMENTS WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING DROPPED AS A CLIENT AND NOT PERMITTED TO RE-BOOK.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

You will be sent a text message reminder 2 days before the appointment. Please give a response to confirm, cancel or reschedule at this time. LAKE STUDIO REQUIRES A 48 HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

For cancellations or rescheduling under 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee, to be collected before booking again.

If you do not call or show up to your appointment, the appointment will be marked as a ‘no-call, no-show’ and you will be charged in full for the appointment and must pay this before booking another appointment. PLEASE NOTE THREE NO-CALL NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING PERMITTED TO SCHEDULE AGAIN AT LAKE STUDIO.

YOGA CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Yoga classes, drop-in or during a seasonal session, may be cancelled or rescheduled due to any of the reasons listed in ‘exceptions’ below. In the case of a cancelled or rescheduled class, Elizabeth will send a group text message out as soon as possible prior to class time with more information. If the class is not able to be rescheduled, students have the option to get a refund for the class or a coupon to make up the class at another time.

EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE NOTE EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE AT ELIZABETH’S DISCRETION BASED ON EXTREME WEATHER, FAMILY/PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, OR IN OTHER SUCH CASES AS JURY DUTY OR ILLNESS. Additionally, if Elizabeth needs to cancel or reschedule for any of the above reasons, this is at her discretion and you will either be refunded or moved to another date, with as much notice as possible before the date and time of your original scheduled appointment.
